By accessing and using the Accurate Staffing Inc. website and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you submit a job application through our Services:

• You will receive a unique access code to track your application
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You agree to update your information to maintain its accuracy
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your access code

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Services
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission

5. Job Applications and Employment

By submitting a job application through our Services:

• You authorize us to share your information with potential employers
• You consent to background checks and verification of information
• You understand that application does not guarantee employment
• You agree to attend interviews and respond to communications promptly
• You acknowledge that employment offers are subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment requirements

7. User Content

When you upload resumes, documents, or other content to our Services:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing our Services
• You represent that you have the right to upload the content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCURATE STAFFING INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or malware transmitted through the Services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Accurate Staffing Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Small claims court for disputes under the jurisdictional limit

18. Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Accurate Staffing Inc. regarding the use of our Services.
